1. Alcohol

2. Fast food
Quick food may be convenient for you to eat. However, you may end up paying the price with your health. Studies have shown that eating fast food on a regular basis can increase your chances of becoming obese. Women who are obese are more likely to develop breast cancer.
That is why if you have to eat this food, then it should be something that you do infrequently.
3. Processed meats
Studies have shown that eating processed food can raise the risk of cancer. In fact, it may raise the risk of cancer by 11%. Sausage and bacon are examples of processed meats. These meats have carcinogens in them. There are several things that you can do to reduce your consumption of processed foods. For example, you can cook at home. You should also snack on whole foods instead of processed foods.
4. Refined sugar and carbs
Sugar is something that should not be a frequent part of your diet. Sugary foods have been shown to trigger inflammation, which can increase the risk of cancer. They can also stimulate the production of enzymes that cause cancerous cells to grow. The typical American diet is also high in refined carbohydrates. They can also raise your risk of cancer. You can reduce the amount of refined carbohydrates that you eat by replacing them with fresh vegetables and whole grain products.
5. Fried foods
There is a direct link between fried food and cancer. Frying foods increase the number of carcinogens that are in it. The results of the study showed that the women who consumed the most fried food had the highest risk of developing breast cancer.
